1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ktk10 website ("Platform"), including but not limited to registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games, you ("User", "Player", "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account. ktk10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ktk10 complies with applicable local, regional, and national laws. 2.3 Account Registration

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. 2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from using ktk10:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of ktk10 and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have been previously banned or self-excluded from ktk10
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual or entity

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ktk10 account username and password. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. You agree to notify ktk10 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

ktk10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with any third party or allow others to access your account. ktk10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity or violate these Terms.

You must ensure that the email address and mobile phone number associated with your account are accurate and up-to-date. ktk10 will use these contact methods to send important account notifications, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional offers. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in delays in account verification or withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ktk10 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited instantly. Card payments and bank transfers may take 5 minutes to 3 hours to process. ktk10 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your ktk10 account are legitimately yours and obtained through legal means. ktk10 reserves the right to request proof of funds or source of income documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1-24 hours. Card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 2-5 business days.

Before your first withdrawal, ktk10 requires account verification including proof of identity (National ID card or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Failure to complete verification within 14 days may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

ktk10 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account status, wagering history, or verification level. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 6 - Bonuses and Promotions).

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

ktk10 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in compliance with international AML standards. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money transfer purposes.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on ktk10 are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming any wager. ktk10 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or where bets were placed after an event has concluded.

Maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and maximum winnings may apply depending on the type of game, market, or event. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface and may change without notice. ktk10 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

5.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the competition (e.g., ICC, BPL, IPL). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

Live in-play cricket betting odds are updated in real-time but may experience brief delays due to data transmission. ktk10 is not responsible for losses resulting from odds delays or data feed errors. All cricket betting decisions made by ktk10 are final.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games offered on ktk10, including slots, live casino tables, and RNG games, are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer actions and are provably fair.

ktk10 does not control game outcomes and is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or disputes arising from third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and funds returned to player accounts.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ktk10 offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiry dates that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. During wagering, the maximum bet per spin or round is ৳500. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonuses are intended for recreational play and may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. ktk10 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion. Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is communicated at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Cash deposits are never subject to wagering requirements — only bonus funds carry wagering conditions.

In no event shall ktk10's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
